South London based Leon Rhymes has been involved in Hip Hop for a number of years starting out in the group Queens English, after a things slowed down Leon wanted to continue with his music career and has started a number of exciting new projects including I’m Just Happy and Too Many Tees…..More coming soon.
In the darkened underbelly of Ipswich, among the dishevelled corpses of Suffolk pig farmers and Saturday night lager boys, something wilful stirred in the summer of 2003. It started with a deep bass click born from pursed lips and didn’t stop till the whole of the UK was nodding to the beat of Pikey Esquire.
West London based Chris Grabiec released his debut artist album “Pride and Honour” in April 2011. He is now deep in production on his second album scheduled for release before the summer this year. Chris is working with a number of artists from the Ambiel Roster. DJ sets coming soon to Ambiel Radio.
Armed with their vast knowledge of Hip Hop, Beat Producing, Word Connecting and organising, LA based Area 51 was formed to take over an industry that had long been overdue for a revolution. The new album is that revolution.
Straight outta East and South East London I’m Just Happy is the collective alias of Leon Rhymes and Pikey Esquire, a positive embrace of the culture and sounds from hip-hop, street art and urban living. Proud to be sponsored by THTC
